Description

This is a good quality Malayir carpet with a very attractive colour palette which dates from around 1920. It has a warm coral pink field with stylised menadering vines surrounded by pretty multiple borders in indigo.
The carpet has quite neat proportions measuring 198 cms by 100 cms and is in excellent condition in soft lustrous wool with a good pile.
