Rams Head Antiques

Description

This is a beautiful hand carved Florentine mirror in nice original condition. The mirror dates from around 1850 and has its original watergilded finish which has an attractive antique appearance. The detailed carving is of the usual high quality and the gilding has a good rich depth. The backboards are the original and the mirror plate, also which is in good clean condition with only one or two very minor age related marks. This measures 62 cms by 50 cms overall and would hang either portrait or landscape fashion.
