This is a bright and attractive Mashad Balouch carpet from North Khorasan which dates from around 1900. The carpet has a honeycomb lattice field in a rich bright warm red and walnut brown shades enclosed by multiple narrow borders. This is in excellent condition with a soft lustrous pile.
