Description

This is a very attractive French mirror dating from around 1880. The mirror frame has its original gilt finish in super order and the domed areas are attractively rubbed back revealing soft red oxide colours beneath. The glass is the original 3/8 plate in really good useable condition with some age related marks as photographed. The mirror retains its original back boards.
This substantial piece makes a great impact in any situation measuring 176 cms high by 106 cms wide at the extremities.
