Description

A charming little lectern or book rest made from solid English Oak standing on a folding easel back . The sides are trimmed in brass and the oak panels inset with a pierced or reticulated polished brass panel.

The book shown measures 7 1/2" x 5" while closed to give an idea of scale / size. The lectern measures 9 1/2" wide x 8" tall. Victorian in era, dating to around 1890.
