Description
A highly collectable letter opener or paper knife made by silver plated bronze and dating to c.1960.The handle is in the form of a horse head, beautifully executed. The underside is signed by the famous French luxury design house established in 1837. Made for Hermes by the silversmith Ravinet d'Enfert, this mark is also present on the underside.
A superb quality desk-top gem in excellent condition measuring 9" x 1 1/2" x 2 1/8".
