Description

A stunning large antique English circular drinks tray made in silver plate by the top notch silversmith, Elkington and Co. fully marked on the underside. Being Elkington, we are able to date the piece accurately (letter O) to the year 1875, a true Victorian example and now nearly 150 years old.

The pierced gallery surrounds an engraved decorated base with a central very regal armorial crest of a Lion, very grand!

Just back from our silversmith's workshop where it has been professionally cleaned and polished, restoring it to it's former glory.

A good large size with a diameter measuring 15 1/2" x 1 1/2" deep.
