Always very sought-after and always a quick-seller. This is a charming cut crystal jar topped with a wonderful brass lid sporting a wonderful cast brass Cat's. The brass came to me unpolished, just as it is, so we have left it as it does have a wonderful antique patina.

I am always amazed at the high quality of the cast brass cat on these modest jars .. quite wonderful with exceptional detailing and retaining it's two original glass eyes.

Dating to around 1900, the jar remains in superb undamaged condition. 3 5/9" tall with a lid diameter measuring 1 3/8".
