Description

A truly unusual desk set made from a winning combination of solid English Oak contrasted with the bright silver plated fittings.

Standing on four original bun feet, the base is made from Oak with an ebonised edge.

Of course what makes this an outstanding piece is the integral photograph frame and the posy vases sitting either side of the frame. The crystal inkwell is undamaged and is fitted with a hinged lid. I have included a (new) dip pen to finish the look of this highly collectable piece.

Dating to the late Victorian era, it remains in excellent condition with minor wear commensurate with age. 12" x 8" x 8 1/2" tall. The photograph frame measures 5" x 3 1/4".
