Description

A fabulous and quirky display piece, I love the look of them on their own, but they would be fabulous if you had a special shoe or shoes you wanted to display or even a child's shoe.

Each has a pair of "hooks" where the heel would lid to hold the shoe, the shoe shaped brass plates vary slightly in length, the smaller 6 1/8" and the larger 6 1/4" each of the plates sit on a pivot to vary the angle of the display. The columns are beautifully decorated and attached to heavy terracotta bases with a shiny black finish.

Victorian in era, they date to around 1880. Excellent condition (chip to one base) the smaller with a base diameter measuring 4" and stands 8" tall the larger with a base diameter measures 4 1/2" x 10 3/4".
