Antique original British 19th Century Victorian watercolour painting.

We think that this painting is very well executed and from a skilled artist.

The painting is inscribed on the back (we think) 'Seathorne, Lincolnshire, August 3, 1892, 3 to 5, very fine'. We would be grateful to hear from anyone who can possibly confirm the location.

This is one of around 20 paintings that we believe come from the artist. A couple of them are marked with the name BA Whitworth, but we have not been able to find out anything about the artist.

Only slight yellowing (as you would expect). A little wear to the edges from being handled and the odd tiny spec or mark, but free from any major defects. The painting does not appear to have been ever mounted or framed.
