Antique fine quality 18th Century burr figured walnut tallboy chest on chest of drawers.
This is a lovely chest with a lovely age, charachter and charm. Attractive walnut veneers.

In very good antique condition with historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is to be expected with functional antique furniture. There are no keys and the locks are consequently untested. There are some historic extinct woodworm holes (to be expected), that we have treated for good measure. Early gilt ormolu handles that may be original (one swan neck arm has been replaced with similar). Typical veneer on softwood construction (except drawers which are veneer on oak).
