Antique quality Victorian C1880 figured walnut davenport writing table desk.

This is a lovely quality davenport, that is full of age, charm and character. Solid and heavy, with no loose joints.

Fantastic styling, with attractive veneers.

4 active drawers (mahogany lined and slide freely) on the RHS (as viewed from the front). 4 dummy drawers on the LHS.

Old (but not original) patinated tooled leather writing surface. Period brass castors (some wear as one would expect).

Lovely patina and colour, would look amazing in the right location!

Overall maximum dimensions: 56cmW x 57cmD x 87cmH.

Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is to be expected with genuine antique furniture. No keys and locks are consequently untested. Some historic extinct woodworm holes that have been treated for good measure.
