Description

A late 18th century Oak Dresser with cupboards, of small proportions. 2 drawers are crossbanded with fruitwood, are oak-lined and dovetailed. The brass handles are not the original ones but are old replacements. Below are 2 cupboards, with panelled doors and iron H-hinges. The feet are replacements. The top is of one wide plank with a small strip at the back. There is a rectangular old patch set into the middle of the top. The colour and surface throughout is very good, a fine example of Georgian country furniture.
