Description

A simple but effective primitive hanging sign of a boot. Cut from 2 layers of pine and nailed together, one side in 2 parts and having the grain of the lower part of the boot running horizontal, probably to strengthen the construction. It hangs on an iron bracket. The condition is very good. Although it is difficult to date, the old handmade nails lead us to think this wooden boot was made in the 19th century.
