Description
We have for sale an attractive late Victorian arts and crafts Copper chamberstick by the excellent manufacturer Joseph Sankey and Sons.This Late Victorian Joseph Sankey & Sons Copper Chamber stick consists of a circular lobed base, a central candle holder with the original sconce and a copper wire looped handle. The base is marked J.S.&S.B along with the Registered Design No. 282456. This dates the chamberstick to about 1896.
The chamber stick is approximately 5.25 inches (13.5cm) in diameter and is in a very good condition other than the surface wear one would expect from a 120 year old piece of copperware.
