Description

A fantastic pair of Austrian cold painted bronze heads of spaniels mounted on green onyx. Made to be used as bookends or can be used as paperweights. One black dog and one brown one. In good original condition with only minor nips to the onyx as can be expected. I would date these to the 1930s. Impressed mark to the rear of brown dog (see pic 6). Very good weight and size. 5" tall x 3 1/8" wide x 3" deep. Each dog weighs 1.3 kilos. Very good condition.
