A lovely example of a vintage kokeshi doll from Japan. This large size doll is an unusual version of the classic kokeshi, having a plain (unpainted) hand carved body, making it a particularly rare piece. It is signed by the artist on the base.

Kokeshi dolls are highly collectable and great pieces to add to your vintage, eclectic or contemporary interiors. They look stunning anywhere in the home - either as single pieces or displayed in a group...also a great gift idea.
