Venetian bureau from the mid-20th century. Furniture finished for the center, carved, veneered, and inlaid in walnut, burl, maple, and beech. This tall-legged bureau, beautifully proportioned and beautifully designed, it can easily be placed anywhere in the home. The bureau comes complete with a working key, and features four small drawers and a central door (see photo).This bureau is difficult to find due to its size and quality, making it a favorite among antique dealers and interior decorators. It shows some signs of conservative restoration, but is structurally sound and solid, and is in overall good condition.
