Great Italian landscape from the 18th century. Oil artwork on canvas depicting a splendid landscape with figures from the Genoese school. Painting of excellent pictorial quality which can be seen in particular in the creation of the figures, animals and numerous naturalistic details. Painting that offers a notable depth of field thanks to a masterful use of the technique of aerial perspective and repoussoir. In fact, we find a large tree in the foreground on the left, an obstacle to vision that relaunches and guides the gaze in depth towards the visual fulcrum of the painting. Painting featuring a wooden wand, with some signs of aging. Painting already restored with relining, replacement of the frame and color recovery in small spots.
