Splendid Italian landscape from the first half of the 20th century. Oil on canvas artwork signed by the Neapolitan painter Felice Giordano (1880-1964), lacking authentication. Famous for his still lifes and above all for his views, his painting is characterized by an intense exaltation of the material itself made to shine with enamelled lights. In fact, even in this bright seaside landscape, the rocks seem to shine in the sun. Painting of considerable size, ideal for a large living room or bedroom. Beautifully decorated carved and gilded wooden frame, with some signs of aging. Artwork already restored with relining, replacement of the frame and color recovery in some small spots.
