Pleasant is the scene on the right in which a woman hands a fruit to the child, a mere pretext for the spectacular display of a rich still life with fruit. Ideal work to be placed in an important room or hall, for antique dealers, interior decorators and collectors of still lifes. Painting that has recently undergone a conservative restoration, re-lined, replacement of the frame and color recovery in some points (see photo). Painting overall in good condition.
