Great Bronze Sculpture From 20th Century

Description
Italian sculpture from the early 20th century. Chiseled and patinated bronze work depicting Peasant of excellent quality. Beautifully sized sculpture, rich in numerous details, resting on a marble base. Marble base which has undergone conservative restoration (see photo). Work missing signature but referable to the sculptor Celestino Fumagalli (1864-1941) lacking authentication. It features a restoration on the head of a pigeon (see photo). Overall, the work is in a fair state of conservation with some signs of restoration.As each of our products will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and warranty and photographic documentation.
