Notts Clocks

Description

A hook and spike wall clock with alarm by the famous clockmakers Whitehurst of Derby. The vast majority of their clocks are numbered and this clock of which they produced many is numbered No.6328.
The brass silvered dial is 6in diameter and it's two handed with a brass third hand for setting the required time for the clock to sound on the bell located on the top of the movement.
There is a time train and alarm train each driven by chains with a weight each and the clock runs approximately 30hours. A very collected clock nowadays.
