An Antique German Porcelain Plaqueby Henry Bucker
Madonna & Child after Carlo Maratti
c1860
in gilt frame
size 12cm x 16.5cm
Henry Bucker was an independent decorator based in Dresden.
He worked on both KPM Berlin and Dresden porcelain plaques.
At the 1851 Great Exhibition he was awarded a prize medal for his "paintings on china"
a beautiful item in excellent condition
