A STUNNING Sapphire Pearl and Diamond Pendant which as you can see from the pictures really is special.The piece has a central sapphire which measures 5.5mmx4.4mm, then 32 rose cut diamonds and 8 larger pearls with smaller seed pearls.
The piece measures 27mm across and 35mm top to bottom.
