An appealing abstract view of Bath Abbey, this large multi-media piece has some elements of collage and is painted on board in muted tones of blue, purple and beige.

– Signed “Hodges”, bottom left.
– Mixed media on board, painted with an element of collage.
– Muted tones of blue, beige and purple.
– Brass coloured outer frame, with fabric covered inner frame.
– Label on outer frame, bottom right, “Bath Abbey”.

A good size at more than a metre high, it will display well on a larger wall space.

The artwork is in good condition. The outer frame has a few minor scratches and tiny dents, whilst there is some discolouration of the fabric on the inner frame, none of which is obtrusive.
