A fine early 19th century silver mounted tea chest.The lid with solid silver handle and inset paste portrait signed Wray within an oval gold Bezel.
The interior is fitted with two finely made tea caddies and retains the original velvet lining.
English, circa 1817. Silver hallmarked for John Taylor 1817
