A Fine Quality Regency Rosewood Chiffonier Side Cabinet Attributed To Gillows. Inlaid with scrolling brass embellishments and stringing. The waterfall bookcase back having a carved foliate scrollpediment above a shallow shelf. The frieze housing a drawer above two doors with arched
brass grilles backed in watered silk. Standing on Gillow style reeded bun feet.
A closely matching pediment can be seen in Susan E Stuart’s Gillows of Lancaster and London, Volume 1 Page 326 Plate 372.
