A good quality 19th century oil on canvas painting of a traditional rural scene, framed in a deep gilt frame, all in good condition, signed by the artist Joseph Milne, a charming painting, well painted in lovely colours.Joseph Milne, born in Edinburgh in 1857, he trained at the Royal Scottish Academy.
