This is a lovely late Victorian Arts & Crafts chip carved tray c1890-1910. The Arts & Crafts movement encouraged lots of crafts skills to be revived and on the back of this lots of house wives took up varying craft skills, one of them being carving. This as most likely bought by a Victorian house wife with the intention of carving it.it is
