Dating to the beginning of the 20th century, this German solid pine wardrobe is in very good condition and will dismantle down completely flat for ease of getting it upstairs....
Standing on stub feet, the wardrobe has 3 plinth drawers which are all constructed with dovetail joints and all have their original knobs.
To the left hand side of the wardrobe there are 3 shelves which are all adjustable up and down, while to the right hand side there is a horizontal hanging rail fitted.
This is all enclosed with 3 doors complete with working locks with keys. The central door has a later replacement mirror which is in excellent condition. The 2 flanking doors have a top glazed section and benefit from having their original escutcheons and knobs. This is further complimented with a very pretty raised moulded pediment cornice......
This is a lovely piece of German furniture which would compliment the bedroom of any home traditional or modern.
There has in the past been a tiny amount of insect attack to the wardrobe but this is minimal and has been sprayed with a 5 star 20 year treatment..
The wardrobe measures
54 inches wide max
23 inches deep max / 20.75 inches internal
83 inches high.
