Superb Set of Six George Jones and Sons Gilted edged Cabinet Plates.Commisioned by the New York Store, Davis Collamore and Co, (rivals for Tiffany and Co).
Davis Collamore was a high end store opening in 1820. Importers of fine porcelain
Stamped with underglaze red marks for the store on Fifth Avenue opened in 1911.
Circa 1920s heavily gilded pattern to the rococo edges with green borders.
Gilded beading around the centre patterns
All seem perfect showing slightest of wear
All botanical themes
