A Beautiful Watercolour by the renowned artist Henry Spernon Tozer.Very vivid colours in excellent condition signed and dated in 1928.
Subject matter is an old lady peeling onions.
He was inspired by the countryside, he worked around St Just in cornwall. Painting interior scenes to fine detail.
