Description

An extremely stylish and very rare set of six Danish rosewood dining chairs by Niels Koefoed. They were made in Denmark by Koefoed Hornslet in the 1960’s, this model is called the ‘Lis’ chair.

The quality is outstanding, with sculptural and elegant frames that have a light appearance, yet are very sturdy. They are comfortable and supportive, with legs that are nicely tapered, the chairs have a fantastic appearance from all angles.

The condition is absolutely superb, we have had the frames stripped and re-polished to a very high standard. The black vinyl seats have been re-upholstered and are in perfect condition.

We also have another set of six like this, with two carver chairs. They can be combined with these to make a fantastic set of twelve.
