Description

A smart and very well made antique Georgian style burr walnut low boy chest of drawers. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1920-30’s period.

It is a beautifully designed and very useful item, low and compact, with lots of storage space in the six drawers. The drawer fronts and top are cross banded, with inlaid double herringbone borders. This sits on bracket feet, there are lovely brass handles and there is also a useful pull out slide shelf beneath the top. The burr walnut grain patterns and colour tones are gorgeous throughout.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
