A stunning antique French leather top desk in king wood. This was made in France, it dates from around the 1930’s.

The quality is outstanding, this is a great size, with lots of nice features. The burgundy leather top is hand coloured and gold tooled, in addition there are two pull out leather top slide shelves that come out on each side. There are fine quality gilt bronze mounts throughout, this has dummy drawers on the back and looks identical on both sides, so it is designed to be free standing. The king wood has a gorgeous colour tone and beautiful grain patterns.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
