Description

A beautiful and very decorative antique Edwardian painted satin wood cake stand / side table. This was made in England, it dates from around 1900-1910.

It has a gorgeous design, with a beautifully turned central column supporting three individual fluted legs with flower shaped table tops. The central column has a useful brass carrying handle, this has stunning hand painted floral decorations throughout. This would be very useful as an occasional wine table for drinks, as well as its intended use as a cake stand.

We have had this revived and re-polished, it is in excellent condition for its age. There is just some minor wear remaining here and there beneath the polish.
