A stunning antique French marble top painted cabinet. This was made in France, it dates from around the 1920-30’s.

It is of superb quality, this is a useful size and has a gorgeous marble top with a bow fronted edge. The cabinet has absolutely beautiful painted designs on the front doors and side panels, there are high quality gilt bronze ormolu mounts all over. This is made from a combination of walnut and mahogany, which contrast nicely to give a lovely effect. The interior is beautifully fitted out in sycamore, it has a mirrored back and glass shelf with pierced brass rail. There are an additional two drawers at the top of the cabinet.

We have had this revived and re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age, with minimal wear. The marble top lifts off for ease of transport.
