Description

A beautiful lacquered chinoiserie coffee table in the antique Chinese style. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1920-30’s.

It is a very useful size and is of wonderful quality. The black lacquered finish is decorated with red and golden traditional motifs depicting country life in ancient China.

We have had this re-polished and revived, it is in lovely condition for its age. There is some minor wear and a few minor marks here and there beneath the polish, commensurate for age.

The legs can unbolt and easily detach for ease of transport, which would keep shipping costs down.
