An elegant antique George III card table dating from around the 1790’s period.

It has a beautiful design and is a very useful shape. When closed it is perfect for use as a demi-lune console table. When opened it turns into a lovely circular card table which seats four. The back leg swings out to support the playing surface.

The top is stunning flame mahogany with an inlaid and cross banded edge. The construction is all solid mahogany, with original brass hinges.

We have had this recently re-polished, and the playing surface has been re-based. The overall condition is excellent for its age, with plenty of character and patina remaining.
