Description

A stylish and extremely well made vintage Swedish walnut metamorphic console / dining table. This was made in Sweden in the 1950’s for the Nordiska Companiet retail store.

It is of superb quality and has a clever, useful design. The top flips open and opens out, so this converts from a long slim console to a large table that could be used as a dining or games table. It stands on beautifully tapered legs, the walnut has a gorgeous colour tone and wonderful grain patterns.

We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is excellent.
