Description

A smart and very useful antique Edwardian mahogany desk / writing table. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1900-1920 period.

The quality is superb, this has a lovely design with a slightly bow shaped front and a raised gallery at the back. There are three generous drawers with nicely turned handles and fine, hand cut dovetailed joints. The drawers contain a makers label and also have patent number tags, so this is a patented design. It stands on nicely tapered legs terminating in spade feet. The mahogany has a gorgeous colour tone and patina.

We have had this stripped and re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age,
