A stylish and very well made vintage Scandinavian sofa / day bed by Ingmar Relling. This was made in Norway by Ekornes Svane, it dates from the 1960’s.

The frame is made from afromosia wood which has a lovely colour tone, it stands on beautifully tapered legs and has a built in side table. The loose back rest cushions can be placed on the table to be used as a head rest, the seat also lifts up to reveal built in storage space.

We have had the frame stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, and we have had this fully re-upholstered in a cream boucle fabric with new foam innards. The condition is excellent throughout.
