Heal's Walnut Book Table

Description
This classic Heal's book table is made of well-figured walnut with a beautifully quartered veneer on the top. It has two undershelves, one with brackets for holding books in place and the other left open. It is unlabelled but appears in Heal's catalogues of the 1930s.It measures 50.5cm across the top and 51.5cm high.
In good and original condition with some old scratches on the top that have been polished over and a couple of white ring marks to the lower shelves.
