A Heal's Oak Dressing Chest

Description
This oak chest dates to the 1930s and has the simple design that epitomises the period. A large adjustable mirror stands above two drawers with shaped wooden handles. The legs are square-sectioned and the sides are panelled. The upper drawer front bears a Heal's ivorine label and it appears in Heal's catalogues of the time.The chest alone measures 76cm wide, 47cm deep and 56cm high. With the mirror it stands 155cm high.
In very good condition. The mirror has some minor deterioration to the silvering around the edges.
