A Heal's Oak Cupboard Chest of Drawers

Description

Made of oak, with ebonised wooden handles, this piece of Heal's furniture dates to c.1930 and is based on their own famous owl cabinet of earlier in the century. The streamlined design has a cupboard above four graduated drawers. It is not labelled but is a well known model produced by the company.

It is 80.5cm wide, 138.5cm high and 49cm deep. Internally, the cupboard is 29.5cm high and the graduated drawers measure 14.5cm, 16cm, 17.5cm and 21cm high.

It is in very good, refinished condition. There are a few minor old scratches to the top that do not detract from the overall appearance.
