Description

Made of solid oak, c.1930, this bookcase has one shallow and two deep shelves that each have a framed, Perspex door that pulls up and pushes under. It comprises four sections, namely the three shelves and the plinth, that slot snugly together on metal runners. Attractive features include tooled brass handles, a curvaceous plinth and the bullnose shaping to the top of the uprights.
