A superb quality early 19th Century French walnut and marble top console table, having the original and repaired shaped and moulded edge grey veined marble top above a profusely carved and highly decorative frieze incorporating intricate carved beading at the bottom of the frieze, supported on turned and fluted tapering legs with the tops of the legs with carved feather decoration, the legs united with a shaped stretcher incorporating further carved beading with carved central motif at the centre. Circa 1820.44” x 20 1/2” x 30 1/4” high
