Blue & White Serving Dish/Platter in the Portland Basket Pattern by J.& W.Ridgway, Hanley, Staffs circa 1814 - 1830. It has a scalloped rim decorated with garlands of flowers. There is a centre motif of an urn containing flowers. Maker's mark on base. Lovely decorative piece.
